We conduct research on the necessary construction procedures, work with relevant agencies to apply for construction permits; provide initial quotation to clients.
Based on your specific requirements, we will initiate a topographic survey to create detailed design.
We will confirm the construction schedule, estimate costs and explain the contract procedures and documents to be prepared.
The cost of building a house is the sum of “construction costs for the main building (main body, living infrastructure equipment) + separate construction (additional equipment, furniture, etc.)”
We will make an optimal proposal suitable for your budget.
After signing the contract, we will discuss further detailed design aspects (furniture, additional equipment, garden design, etc.), carry out the registration procedures and prepare for the start of construction.
Foundation treatment (anti-termites, insects, etc.) > Construction of basic parts > Interior construction > The project being completed after finishing the garden and surrounding space.
Construction time will vary depending on project scale and season, but we expect it to take about 3 to 6 months.
Before hand over, we will clean the building and prepare it for your new life.
